  Hi I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Paul for fitting me in late at night this week. My xxxxxx died on and was speaking at funeral and was worried about how gaunt I looked. Paul put some filler in my chin and cheeks and I'm  absolutely delighted I look so much better and it looks so natural. Paul is a genius at what he does. I've been a customer of yours for 10 years and you guys are the equivalent of a 4th emergency service for me. You do brilliant work and you are both lovely people that put patients at ease.
